Refunds


Our policy is a no refund policy and exchanges lasts up to 30 days. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to process the exchange of the products within or after the 30 day policy at the sole discretion of us. We exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges must be of equal value or the consumer is responsible for the discrepancy amount.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged and or refunded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged or returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-exchangeable non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products and mobile applications
  • Some health and personal care items and services

To complete your exchange / return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable and at the sole discretion of us). 

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges / Refunds (if applicable)

Once your exchange / return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange / refund will be processed.

In the event of an approved exchange, product being exchanged for must be in the shopping cart ready for purchase and the difference (if applicable) will be charged to the credit card or original method of payment from the last purchase of product being exchanged.

In the rare event of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days.

Late or missing exchanges / refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received an exchange or refund yet, first check your local postal office for the item exchanged and check your bank account again for the refund.

In the event of a late or missing exchange, please contact us through our contact form and put in the subject, "EXCHANGE SHIPPING ERROR'' so we may prioritize and resolve accordingly. Failure to do so will result in normal response time as we will not see this as urgent.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (if applicable)

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (if applicable)

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged but will not be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a completely different item/product, send us an email by using our contact form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive the exchanged gift. Once the exchanged item is received, the gift giver will be notified via the contact information provided during time of purchase.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchanged item/product to the gift giver and he will find out about your exchange.

Shipping

To exchange / return your product, please contact us for exchange / return authorization and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging / returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned / exchanged item.
